"So this is how it went. My wife decided to buy a couch & love seat from fb marketplace. The pictures looked good so I drove to Sebastian to pick them up. As I feared the house was filled with cats......... although the furniture looked great, the smell was beyond disgusting! So I flipped through the local savings safari publication and found Cam Carpet Cleaning running a special on upholstery cleaning. When I called and spoke with Joe I was quite clear that the couches smelled so bad they were stinking up my new house. He was honest and said he would do what he could but could not assure me that the smell was not deep into the fabric and cushions. So I made the appointment. He arrived on time, assessed the issue and started mixing up a solution. A short time later he said he was done and if the smell was not gone after drying he would refund my money. That was over a month ago and the couch looks and smells great to this day. I have since referred him to a few family members, all are happy with his work and courteous manner. He has done tile and carpets for them and they are pleased with the work and cost.
